Can the Minister confirm that there is reportedly up to 50 gigalitres of water per annum that remains unaccounted for and unregulated by industrial/commercial use in the northern metropolitan area?

The Government encourages the use of domestic garden bores in appropriate areas in order to reduce the amount of high quality reticulated water use on domestic gardens.
