I refer to the Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services (OICS) Report into an Announced Inspection of the West Kimberley Regional Prison (2017), noting that Recommendation 19 was to develop a regional plan for the Kimberley region, consulting with corrections staff and
relevant community stakeholders, particularly in the East Kimberley,
and ask: (a) does the Minister accept this recommendation: (i) if not, why not; (b) when will this recommendation be implemented; and (c) will the Minister commit to tabling this plan once it is established: (i) if not, why not?
