(2) When will this legislation be introduced into the Parliament?
(3) Under the proposed legislation:
(a) will the local regional boards be abolished or restructured;
(b) what role will local government have in the appointment of board members;
(c) how will the staff of the regional offices be appointed and to whom will they be responsible; and
(d) what role will the local regional offices play in promoting, selecting and monitoring grants available to the local communities?
