The Department of Transport advises:
(1)  Three consultants worked directly with the project team at various stages of the Public Transport for Perth in 2031 project-
· Mr Emmerson Richardson - strategic public transport advice;
· Ms Katrina Elliott - strategic land use planning and urban development; and
· Mr Hugo Wildermuth - transport modelling.
The Independent Panel also commissioned specific reports from four consultants-
· Syme Marmion - provision of specialist advice of specific funding options;
· CATALYST - Valuing Public Transport with Benefit-Cost Analysis;
· Curtin University - application of the Spatial Network Analysis for Multi Modal Urban Transport Systems tool; and
· ARUP - provision of specialist advice on specific funding options.
