The Housing Authority advises:
(a) 10 years.
(b)-(c) The site has been identified as a secondary activity centre in Directions 2031 and as such the Housing Authority will work with the City of Stirling and other potential partners to develop options for the site.
(d) When a suitable option that meets Housing’s development outcomes is determined.
(e)-(f) At this stage Housing does not intend to sell this site.
