CORRECTIVE SERVICES — PRISONERS —
INDIVIDUAL MANAGEMENT PLANS
1363. Hon SAMANTHA ROWE to the Attorney General
representing the Minister for Corrective Services:
I refer to section 9.7.1 of Adult
Custodial Rule 18, which states that all prisoners serving an effective
sentence of greater than six months will have an initial individual management
plan developed, generally within 28 days of sentencing.
(1) As at today's date, how
many adult prisoners are serving an effective sentence greater than six months?
(2) Of these prisoners, how many
have served longer than 28 days since being sentenced?
(3) How many of the prisoners in (2)
had an initial IMP developed within 28 days of sentencing?
(4) How many prisoners in (2) have
not had an initial IMP developed?
