I refer to the Minister for Regional Development's
media statement of 20 November 2012 in relation to the leasing of land to
Kimberley Agricultural Investment Pty Ltd.
(1) What lease fee per year will KAI pay for the land?
(2) What fees and charges will be paid by KAI for water
supplied to the land?
(3) Will the
government have any input to or control of any subleasing or share-farming
arrangements that KAI will make with other parties; and, if not, why not?
