I refer to the incident at Minivale where the Water Corporation directed and allowed employees and contractors to use power tools on asbestos containing material and I ask: (a) has WorkSafe WA completed its investigation into this matter; and (b) if yes,: (i) when was the investigation completed; (ii) has WorkSafe WA prepared a report on this incident, and if so, what is the name of this report; and (iii) are prosecutions recommended following these reports, and if so, who has been recommended to be prosecuted?

(a) – (b) The matter of investigations conducted by Worksafe WA falls under the portfolio responsibility of the Minister for Commerce and this is not relevant to the portfolio of the Attorney General.
