I refer to my question on notice 77, answered on 20 May 2025, in which the Attorney General confirmed that an analysis had been undertaken to determine which Mundy Review recommendations could be implemented by the State Government, and I ask: (a) when was this analysis conducted; and (b) which recommendations were identified as being capable of implementation by the State Government?

(a) The Final Report of Dr Mundy’s Independent Review of the National Legal Assistance Partnership 2020-25 was provided to the Commonwealth, State and Territory Attorneys-General in March 2024. The Department of Justice, and Commonwealth, state and territory counterparts thoroughly reviewed the Mundy Review, at that time.
(b) The Mundy Review made 39 recommendations. These recommendations informed the development of the National Access to Justice Partnership Agreement 2025-30 (the NAJP), which commenced on 1 July 2025. The terms of the NAJP reflect how the key themes of the Mundy Review are prioritised and delivered through the NAJP.
