(2) No, however non-incorporated associations are bound by their own rules and constitutions. Incorporated associations must also comply with the Associations Incorporation Act 1987 . (3) Non-incorporated associations may have auditing provisions in their constitutions. Incorporated associations in some circumstances may have their accounts investigated and audited by the Commissioner for Fair Trading. (4) Members would ordinarily be entitled to the records.
