question. The Public Sector Commission advises as follows —
(1) Five years from 2 November 2014.
(2) Yes. Cabinet endorsed the
proposed reappointment of Mr Delane on 18 August 2014.
(3) Yes. The
Public Sector Commissioner consulted with the Minister for Agriculture and Food
in relation to the reappointment of Mr Delane on 17 February 2014, 6 May 2014
and 2 July 2014 and by correspondence dated 11 June 2014.
