Minister for Transport:
(1) Does the Department of Transport record average
customer wait times for driver and vehicle services centres?
(2) If yes to
(1), for each centre, what is the average wait for each year over the last five
years?
(3) If no to (1),
how does the department measure customer satisfaction and the efficiency of
driver and vehicle services centres?
