(c) Of the 63 Agency vehicles 59 were obtained (including leased and purchased vehicles) from Albany dealerships.
(d) The 4 Agency vehicles not obtained from Albany dealerships were obtained from:
1. North City Holden
2. Big Rock Toyota
3. Bunbury Holden
4. Esperance Autos
(e) Reasons for not obtaining Agency vehicles in Albany are:
1.
North City Holden
- Supply and delivery was four months earlier than if ordered from Albany. Earlier delivery avoided end of lease penalty fees which would have been applied if the delivery was delayed by four months.
2.
Big Rock Toyota
- Supply and delivery was one month earlier than if ordered from Albany.
3.
Bunbury Holden
- Supply and delivery of the specified vehicle was earlier than if ordered from Albany.
4.
Esperance Autos
- The Albany dealer no longer supplied Kia vehicles.
