I am aware of the previous information the member is referring to, but I am concerned that he gave an undertaking to table a document, which many of us were keen to hear about. He has not tabled it and I would like to know why. This was an undertaking given to the House and I believe he has an obligation to honour it, irrespective of whether he has to answer questions.
