Local Government Act 1995
permitting the delegation of powers and duties to the CEO and I ask, will the Minister table the delegation instrument of all powers and duties delegated to the current CEO of the City of Bunbury?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) When were these delegations last reviewed and by whom?
(4) For each power and duty delegated to the CEO of the City of Bunbury, will the Minister table the records in relation to the exercise of the power and the discharge of the duty?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
(6) Has the CEO of the City of Bunbury disclosed a conflict of interest in relation to any of the powers and duties delegated to the CEO and if yes, provide details as to the nature of the conflict of interest, the date the conflict was disclosed and to whom the disclosure was made?
