The Minister Replied:
(1 - 8) The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has referred the proposed Kalgoorlie-Boulder Eastern Bypass Road Realignment to the Environmental Protection Authority for a decision on level of assessment under the Environmental Protection Act. No decision has been made by the Environmental Protection Authority at this time. The referral document which was prepared by consultants to Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines (KCGM) does not provide the detailed information sought in the questions and I am advised that the information is not presently available.
