(1) Two.
(2) Hosting costs for the two sites total $900 per annum.
(3) The main Office of Multicultural Interests' web site (multicultural.wa.gov.au) is
the principal web site for providing information to people from culturally and
linguistically diverse backgrounds and members of the public on the activities,
services and function of the Office of Multicultural Interests.
Citizenscape (citizenscape.wa.gov.au) is an information rich web site for community
members and public officers interested in active citizenship community consultation
and participation.
(4) The web sites comply with the E-Government web site standards and guidelines.
(5) The Office of Multicultural Interests has achieved savings of $5,200 per annum
following the recent closure of the Online WA Multicultural Communities web site
which ceased effective from 30 June 2009.
