(2) Mr Hatt has been appointed as a Chief of Staff Level 9 with an entitlement to participate in the Government Vehicle Scheme. (3) Under Section 73 of the Public Sector Management Act Mr Hatt while employed as a Ministerial Officer is not eligible to apply for or to be appointed to any office, post or position in any department or organisation.
