(1) No
(2) Written submissions were only one component of the extensive consultation undertaken by the Red Tape Reduction Group. A number of the individuals/organisations asked that their submissions not be made public as they contained commercial in confidence information and the Red Tape Reduction Group agreed to this. Other organisations who made submissions to the Red Tape Reduction group have already publicly released their submissions on their websites.
