I refer to page 22 of the 2013 Annual Report of the Public Sector Commission and the statement regarding delays in the commencement of the Aboriginal employment strategy 2011–2015 program, and ask: (a) has the entire strategy been delayed; (b) what specific components of the strategy have been delayed; (c) what is the estimated savings from these delays; (d) what impact will this delay have on the Western Australian Government reaching the target of Aboriginal employment in the public sector of 3.2 per cent by 2015; (e) if there is a delay to the target of 3.2 per cent by 2015 what is the new expected percentage of Aboriginal people employed in the public sector by 2015; and (f) specifically what impact will this delay have on the delivery of the five themes outlined in the Aboriginal employment strategy 2011–2015?
