I refer to the media release by Western Power of 15 September 2011, which set out the utilities request for approval from the Economic Regulation Authority for the expenditure of $8.523 billion over five years, commencing 1 July 2012, and I ask:
(a) what increase in the household domestic tariff for electricity will be required to fund this expenditure; and
(b) what increase in the small business tariff for electricity will be required to fund this expenditure?
