The Department of Communities advises:
(a) Fees and charges are adjusted yearly as part of the State Budget process. The Adoption Regulations Amendment 2025 included amendments to the Adoption Regulations 1995 as a requirement under the Treasurer's Instruction 810 (issued pursuant to section 78 of the Financial Management Act 2006 ) that agencies conduct annual reviews of tariffs, fees and charges.
(b) The Department of Treasury and Finance.
