Have there been any fires in any prisons or detention centres since 1 January 2017, and if so: (a) on what date(s) was the fire; (b) in what prison or detention centre did the fire start; (c) where was the location of the fire within the prison; (d) what was the estimated value of damage incurred by the fire; (e) who put the fire out (i.e. fire fighters or Department of Corrective Services staff); and (f) was the cause of the fire identified and if so, what was the cause?
