With reference to question on notice No. 5026, the Insurance Commission of Western Australia worker's compensation claim file BB/65002/1, the letter dated 8 December 1995 from the State Government Insurance Commission to the Agriculture Protection Board of Western Australia and in respect to the statement made in the letter of 8 December 1995 that the initial treating doctor stated that Mr Drysdale was under the influence of alcohol, I ask -
(1) Will the Minister table evidence that Mr Drysdale was under the influence of alcohol at the time of initial treatment?
(2) How long after the motor vehicle accident did Mr Drysdale present for initial medical attention?
(3) Did the initial treating doctor note that he/she could smell alcohol on Mr Drysdale's breath?
(4) If yes to (3), how is it construed that Mr Drysdale was under the influence of alcohol at the time of examination?
(5) Can the Minister confirm that at no time has it ever been suggested that Mr Drysdale was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident?
(6) If no to (5), why not?
