(1) Yes.
(2) The Commonwealth has allocated $132 million to Western Australia through the National Partnership Agreement on Productivity Places Program. The State has committed $63 million and a non-government contribution of $16 million is anticipated.
(3) Under the National Partnership Agreement on Productivity Places Program Western Australia has a training target of 75,481 course enrolments to be achieved over the life of the Agreement from 2009 to 2012.
