Answer
a)      Please refer to tabled paper. The Department of Education (the Department) acknowledges the Special Report, and has implemented its recommendations. The report acknowledges the Department self-reported this matter, undertook its own investigation and has taken appropriate corrective and preventative actions. The Department will continue to strengthen record management processes. It is important to note that student information, both electronic and hard copy, still exists across other departmental systems and repositories.
