I refer to the approval by the Executive Director of Public Health to establish a system of annual reporting by designated officers of the authorisation of the posthumous collection of gametes, and I ask: (a) will the Minister table the document or documents that constitute the approval; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) has the requirement for annual reporting been put into a policy, procedure, memorandum, directive or any other written document; (d) if yes to (c), will the Minister table that document(s); (e) if no to (d), why not; (f) how many returns have been submitted by designated officers since the establishment of the system; (g) how many returns were submitted by designated officers for the financial year 2014-15; (h) have the returns for the financial year 2014-15 been collated into a report; (i) if yes to (h), will the Minister table the report; and (j) if no to (i), why not?
