I refer to the Government’s media statement titled "New public ward block and expanded theatre complex opens at Joondalup Health Campus" released in June 2025, and I ask: (a) For each storey of the new public ward block at Joondalup Health Campus, as at 1 November 2025, please advise: (i) whether the floor was fully commissioned for clinical use, partially commissioned, or not in use; (ii) the number of beds capable of being installed on that floor; and (iii) the number of beds available for public patients; (b) For any floor that was not fully commissioned for clinical use as of 1 November 2025, what was the reason in each case; and (c) On what date does the Minister expect: (i) all building works and fit-out to be completed on each floor; and (ii) all 60 additional beds to be available for use by public patients?
