I refer to page 13 of the 2014-2015 Department for Child Protection and Family Support Annual Report , which advises that the KPI for the proportion of child safety and wellbeing assessments with an outcome recorded within 30 days was 45 per cent, and I ask: (a) what was the proportion of child safety and wellbeing assessments completed within 30 days, by region; and (b) what was the proportion of child safety and wellbeing assessments completed within 30 days, by age?
