it in the MRA’s plans to return Elizabeth Quay to the jurisdiction of the Perth City Council (PCC): (i) If
yes, when is the handover expected to be completed; (b) Are
there any issues that could delay the handover to the PCC; (c) Are
there any faults or maintenance issues that require remedial work by the MRA before a handover can take place: (i) If
yes, please list the faults and maintenance to be performed and when the works are expected to be completed; and (d) Will
