Marney, chair, Under Treasurer, Department of Treasury, Western Australia; Ms Cheryl
Gwilliam, Director General of the Department of the Attorney General; and Dr Christopher
Kendall, barrister, President of the Law Society and an Insurance Commission of
Western Australia Commissioner.

(4) The
remuneration is $340 000 per annum inclusive of salary, superannuation and
motor vehicle.
