BUSSELTON JETTY - LANDCORP PROJECTS
In relation to the proposed land developments associated with the Busselton jetty upgrade - (1) From the projects generated by LandCorp, what, in percentage terms, will be the amounts paid for the following - (a) the tax equivalent amount to the state government; (b) retained by LandCorp as profit; and (c) to the state government for contribution to the jetty refurbishment process? (2) Will all the money paid by LandCorp to the state government for the undeveloped land be made available for the jetty refurbishment process?
