(1) What is the current number of offenders
subject to electronic monitoring in the metropolitan area?
(2) What is the current number of offenders
subject to electronic monitoring in areas outside of metropolitan Perth?
(3) How many requests for electronic monitoring in
regional areas have been refused or considered unsuitable in the last 12
months?

(1) As of midnight 21 October 2025, there were 236
family and domestic violence offenders subject to electronic monitoring in the
metropolitan area.
(2) As of midnight 21 October 2025, there were 89
family and domestic violence offenders subject to electronic monitoring in
areas outside of metropolitan Perth.
(3) This part of the
member's question is more appropriately directed to the Attorney General.
