(1) The Department of the Attorney General has prepared a draft job description form and preliminary classification assessment for the commissioner’s position in consultation with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. The preliminary assessment will now be forwarded to the Department of the Premier and Cabinet for the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal to make its determination. (2) No. Section 1, “Short title”, and section 2, “Commencement”, came into operation on 4 October 2006. (3) Sections 3 to 5, parts 2 to 9 and schedule 1 have not yet been proclaimed.
