(a) 14 prohibition notices and 103 improvement notices have been issued from 29 March 1999 to 31 May 2003 under regulations dealing with smoking (Regulations 3.44A to 3.44I).
(b) Nil.
(c) There were 117 notices issued therefore provision of the information requested would require the expending of considerable resources. If the member wishes for me to follow through on a specific case I am happy to do so.
