I refer to the reappointment that became effective on 7 August this year of Ms Jo Harrison-Ward as chief executive of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority. (1) Will the minister table copies of any correspondence between himself and the Public Sector Commissioner regarding this appointment? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) Did the minister have access to any performance appraisals that may have been undertaken prior to the reappointment; and, if yes, did the minister support those appraisals?
