I refer to the comments in respect of the Muja AB project by the Premier, Hon Colin Barnett, on 26 June 2013, that there will be more significant reviews of why the corrosion wasn’t identified, and ask: (a) has this review or reviews as to why the corrosion was not identified been completed: (i) if yes, when was it completed; and (ii) if no, when will it be completed; (b) who performed or is performing this review; (c) who commissioned this review; (d) if the review has been completed, has the review produced a report: (i) if yes, what is the name and date of this report; and (ii) who has this report been provided to; and (e) what was the cost of this review?
