As at 12 August 2025, I ask: (a) how many recruits are currently undergoing training at the Western Australian (WA) Police Academy; (b) how many recruits have withdrawn from or failed to complete Academy training in the past 12 months; (c) how many of those who graduated in the past year are still serving in the WA Police Force; and (d) what proportion of new graduates are deployed to regional or remote postings in their first year?

a) There are currently 239 Recruits and Transitional Officers undergoing training.
b) 64 Recruits and Transitional Officers did not complete their Academy training.
c) 661 graduated officers are still serving in the WA Police Force.
d) 10.9%
