(1) Can the Minister advise if the Public Sector Commission, or the Department of Premier and Cabinet, is examining or investigating, or has examined or investigated, any formal complaint made against a term-of-government staff member? (2) If yes to (1) above, what is/was the general nature of the complaint; and what is/was the finding(s) of the investigation(s)? (3) If yes to (1) above, were any individual staff members confirmed in the answer provided to parliamentary question without notice No. 973 as having had their term-of-government contract terminated, involved in this investigation? (4) How many term-of-government ministerial staff members have had their employment terminated since 17 March 2017?

The Public Sector Commission advises:
(1) The Public Sector Commission is aware of a matter being investigated by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet in relation to an employee who is understood to be a term-of-government staff member.
