In relation to the state heritage-listed Florence Hummerston House on the Esplanade being dismantled and put into storage for use on the Waterfront project, I ask:
(a) have any of the Minister's Government officials offered the leaseholder of the Chinese restaurant occupying Florence Hummerston $13 million to surrender their 33 year remaining lease and to compensate for the millions of dollars of investment into the building and business; and
(b) will the Minister transparently table all the costs being incurred by taxpayers for the purpose of buying out the lease, dismantling the state heritage building brick by brick and placing the building into storage?
