Landgate offices—Sale
235. Hon Neil Thomson to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Treasurer:
I refer to the
market-led proposals process and specifically the Landgate building sale.
(1) Has there been any further assessment of the value-for-money
proposal outlined in the problem and opportunity statement evaluation summary
that was completed in March 2022?
(2) Were all of the required construction and
refurbishment works completed in the timeframes outlined in the original
proposal?
(3) If not, what were the delays, outlined by each
element and the delay timeframe?
(4) How many square metres of the previously state-owned
building are currently being leased to the state?
(5) What is the rate for the lease per square
metre?
