(a) The meeting on the 23/03/2017 was attended by the Director of the OEM as well as the Minister and the Chief of Staff.
(b) The meeting on the 30/03/2017 was attended by the Director and the State Recovery Coordinator from OEM as well as the Chair of the State Emergency Management Committee as well as the Minister and the Acting Chief Of Staff
(c) The meeting on the 20/04/2017 was attended by the Director of OEM, the Minister and the Acting Chief of Staff.
(iii) The meetings were of a pleasant nature.
(iv) The meetings were held in the Ministerial office.
