I refer to the Deputy Premier's response to Question On Notice No. 2396 noting that one Department of Health (DOH) vehicle was impounded and ask: (a) Was the impounded vehicle a government vehicle: (i) If so, what was the vehicle and what use did it have within DOH; (b) What was the offence that saw the vehicle impounded and how long was it impounded; (c) Did DOH pay for the release of the vehicle and if so, how much; and (d) What action, if any, was taken by DOH against the officer who committed the offence resulting in the vehicle being impounded?
