I refer to the decision by Water Corporation to insource the services currently provided under the Aroona Alliance, and ask: (a) Similar to the Perth Region Alliance, are there industrial enterprise agreement
differences between the current Aroona Alliance staff and Water
Corporation staff that will impact the ongoing operational costs of the
Water Corporation following insourcing of services: (i) If so, what are these differences and what will be the financial impact on Water Corporation; (b) Have these costs been accounted in the expected $2m savings outlined in the Minister's press release dated 26 November; (c) Can the Minister table the Aroona Alliance contract; and (d) How many contracts is the Aroona Alliance party to, in the provision of services under the alliance?

(a) Yes.
(i) The Water Corporation Enterprise Agreement contains different employment conditions including leave entitlements, superannuation and redundancy provisions,  however the financial impact is expected to be minimal.
(b) Yes.
(c) The Alliance Agreement is a commercial contract arrangement between the Water Corporation and the Alliance partners.
(d) None.
