(ii) The Minister is responsible for the material that he posts.
(2) Yes, both a public page and a private account.
(a)(i) The Minister's Facebook page is a public page. Anyone has access to viewing the Minister's Facebook page. Anyone is able to like or follow the page.
In regard to the Minister's private Facebook account. Anyone is able to send a "friend request" to the Minister's account. Anyone who is a friend of the Minister on Facebook is able to access the content posted by the account.
