I refer to land on the corner of Elva Street and Wilmott Avenue in Margaret River that used to contain Water Corporation tanks but has now been cleared, and I ask: (a) has the land been offered for sale; (b) if yes to a, what was the result of the offer of sale; (c) what is the future planned use of the block; and (d) when will a decision be made on the future of the block and when will this information be released to the public?

(b) Not applicable.
(c) Residential use, subject to rezoning by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River.
(d) A rezoning request was recently lodged with the Shire, and will be advertised for public comment in due course. Any subsequent sale of the land will be through an agent and will be advertised on the open market.
