42. Mr P.J. RUNDLE to the Minister for Energy:
I have a supplementary question.
Thanks for the comprehensive explanation, minister. I just worry about —

there is advice to be given to the member on his feet, I will give it.

P.J. RUNDLE : As I said, 85 per
cent of businesses are not connected yet. I appreciate the minister's
explanation , but I also worry about some people on lower incomes and in
state housing. That is where my concerns are.

With respect to the Department of
Communities, the department's houses are all completed. If the member
had taken the opportunity to have a briefing, he would have known that before
he asked the question.
