DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITIES OFFICE — MARGARET
RIVER
1170. Hon LOUISE KINGSTON to the minister representing the
Minister for Community Services:
I refer to the closure of the Department of Communities
office in Margaret River to the public in 2018, and the department's
trial review, of which the outcomes were to be released in mid-2021.
(1) Although not open to the public, is the office still
operating with Communities staff?
(2) What are the reasons given for the closure to the public
in 2018?
(3) Was the trial review completed in January 2021, and is
the report available to the public?
(4) If no to (3), will the minister table a report?
