The Department of Justice (the Department) advises that all incidents that occur at Banksia Hill Detention Centre (Banksia), including self-harm and attempted suicide, are subject to full reporting in accordance with the Department’s policies and procedures. All incidents are subject to review by Banksia Senior Management.
