2) N/A. 3) Transperth is charged with the responsibility of providing public transport throughout the Perth metropolitan area and is resourced to meet that task. From time to time Transperth is requested to provide services outside of its operating area, and in those circumstances such requests cannot be accommodated because they do not fall within Transperth's primary task nor have they been allocated any budget. To provide a service to these areas would inhibit Transperth's ability to provide services to areas closer to the city where residents understandably have a greater expectation of public transport services. Metropolitan public transport services need to be provided primarily where there are areas of large and high density population. In these areas the service is utilised more heavily and therefore reflects the best use of the available resources. Transperth is also conscious that the rapid growth of new and developing suburbs in Perth creates intensive demand for more public services across the whole city. In view of this situation Transperth regrettably cannot provide bus services to the areas you mention.
